Our mission

Pil exists to replace the industrial, the dusty, and the disposable with something quietly excellent. We believe the items we use every day — even the most overlooked — deserve to be made with care.

From the Karoo town of Montagu, we mill, press and pack each bag of Pil by hand, in small batches, using only sustainably grown softwood.

    Each bag inspected and sealed at our Montagu facility.
